I just stumbled across a new quilting magazine and have fallen in love with it! The name is “Love Patchwork & Quilting”. It is all about MODERN quilting, fabric and colors.. Could we ask for more? No..
It comes from the UK, so of course it is going to be awesome – filled with unique projects, quilting blocks and fresh, super exciting fabrics.. As an extra little bonus, the magazine came with a free gift!! A little patchwork kit to make a Christmas ornament. Sigh.. Free sewing gifts are one of my most favorite things. I hope each issue comes with a fun surprise.
Issue 2 is already out.. Quick, head on over to your local sewing or book store. You still have time to buy the magazine and sew the ornament.. Maybe it will get you inspired to create a homemade ornament tradition. I’ve never made tree ornaments before and this is now the second one I’ve made. I guess I’m hooked.
