I love, love, love this fabric. I bought it last week from The Fat Quarters Shop, RUSHED delivery AND can’t wait to get sewing with it!
I tend to be a last minute/middle of the night switch-a-roo kind of person.. So, having extra fabric in my stash always helps in the long run.
The collection is called “Shades of Black” and is from Moda Fabrics. I’m leaning towards the greys and also the leaves pattern.. However, until I start quilting and then cutting I never really know. A few hours into a project my husband usually saunters along and gives his point of view. So this always puts a whole new spin on things.
Today is short and sweet. This week has been one of those crazy weeks where nothing seems to go according to plan.. I’m sure you know what I mean? I thought I would share a few bits of fabric inspiration and now I’m off to sew!
