Hello Baby! I finally have a pint sized model to showcase my heart appliqué baby burp cloths..
I made a bunch of these heart shaped burp cloths almost 2 years ago. At the time my son was no longer in the bib and burp cloth phase. So with the arrival of baby #2, I get to put these lovelies to good use.
There is something very gratifying about sewing for little ones.. I love sewing baby products. How about you?
I started my blog in 2012, around the same time that we had our first son. At that time, I was a sewing mad-woman and created tons of baby tutorials. Are you interested in sewing for your kids, grandkids, someone’s wee-one? Try one of my tutorials here..
- Baby Bibs
- Burp cloths
- Hooded baby towels
- Baby Changing Pad
- Baby Wet Bag
- Canvas toy bins
- Bath Toy Bag
I also have Free PDF patterns for babies:
With the addition of baby Arlo this spring, I get to sew baby stuff all over again. I’m limited on time, but plan to share the tutorials. My heart shaped burp cloths were simple to make. Head over to Hello, Wonderful for the full tutorial.
Photos taken at Redondo Beach by my friend Karly Spalding Photography.. If you are in the LA area and looking for newborn, family, and/or personal photos, check her out. She’s awesome!
